1. Who we are and how these terms apply
HomeStageHub is a platform of Futuristic Innovative Concepts Inc., its parent and operating company. References to “HomeStageHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Futuristic Innovative Concepts Inc. operating the HomeStageHub platform. These Terms & Conditions govern use of homestagehub.com and purchases of our furniture, virtual staging, rendering, memberships, and other expressly offered services. Contact us at support@homestagehub.com.
Our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Product descriptions, written quotes, and service-specific agreements supply additional details. A separately signed agreement controls any conflicting project-specific term; otherwise mandatory law controls, followed by the accepted order details and these policies. Material purchase restrictions must be disclosed before purchase, not added afterward.
By placing an order and affirmatively accepting these terms, you agree to the terms presented at checkout. Using the website is subject to the website-use provisions to the extent enforceable. You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter the transaction. Business buyers represent that they can bind their organization.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account, contact, payment, and delivery information. Keep login credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct. Account restrictions do not eliminate valid refund rights or our obligations on accepted orders.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, delivery, installation, and approved additional charges are disclosed before you authorize payment. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation accepting the purchase. If we cannot accept an order, we will promptly refund collected payment.
Prices may change for future purchases. If an error affects an unfulfilled order, we will explain it and obtain your approval of any revised price or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not impose an unapproved price increase.
Full payment is due at checkout unless a written payment schedule states otherwise. Deposits and balances follow that schedule and the cancellation policy; no deposit is automatically forfeited contrary to applicable law. We do not charge undisclosed processing or cancellation fees.
Payment processors and financing providers have separate terms. A financing application is subject to their approval. Merchant refunds are sent through the applicable payment channel; lender adjustments follow the lender’s process. Contact us about merchant issues and your provider about account or payment-schedule questions. Nothing here limits lawful payment-dispute rights.
4. Custom furniture and specification approval
Custom or made-to-order furniture includes items produced or finished for your order, including selected wood, stain, upholstery, dimensions, leaves, configuration, or other special features. A catalog design may still be made to order; we will identify that status before purchase.
Review the order confirmation and any required drawings or specifications carefully. Confirm dimensions, wood, finish, quantities, orientation, and included components. You are responsible for measurements you supply and for confirming access through doors, hallways, stairs, elevators, and the intended room. We remain responsible for our measurement or specification errors when those tasks are included in the contract.
Changes require written approval and may affect price and timing. We will disclose and obtain approval for those changes before proceeding. We will not substitute a material, finish, or material design feature without your consent. Cancellation rights appear in our Returns Policy.
5. Natural materials, samples, and images
Wood grain, knots, mineral marks, color variation, and seasonal movement can be normal characteristics of genuine wood, particularly rustic selections. Screens, lighting, sample size, and natural variation can affect perceived finish color. Product and staged images are illustrative unless expressly identified as the exact item being sold.
Normal variation consistent with the description is not necessarily a defect. This does not excuse the wrong wood or finish, structural failure, unsafe construction, or material departure from an approved specification. Request samples and written clarification where an exact appearance or dimension is important.
6. Production, shipping, and delivery
Your order confirmation states the applicable estimated shipment and delivery timing. A 12–16-week timeframe is a general estimate, not a guaranteed maximum. Some custom furniture production and delivery windows may exceed 12–16 weeks due to the item, specifications, material availability, production scheduling, or transportation. The actual order-specific estimate controls. Exceeding the general estimate does not, by itself, void the contract; legally required delay notices, consent, cancellation rights, and refunds still apply. We will distinguish production, shipment, and delivery estimates and notify you of material changes.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide required delay notices and cancellation/refund options, and obtain consent where required. Calling a product “custom” or an estimate “approximate” does not eliminate legally required delay rights.
Furniture delivery is available only in service areas identified at checkout or in your quote. White-glove service includes only the tasks described in that purchase. Installation, wall mounting, electrical work, disposal, and alterations are excluded unless expressly included in writing.
Provide safe access, disclose stairs and restrictions, secure pets, and arrange for an adult to receive delivery. Any additional charge for access, storage, rescheduling, or a failed customer-caused delivery must be disclosed and agreed before it is incurred. Carrier or HomeStageHub errors will not generate customer penalties.
Inspect items and note visible concerns on the delivery receipt when practical. Signing a receipt acknowledges receipt and does not waive concealed-damage, defect, or statutory rights. Follow the Returns Policy for reporting concerns.
7. Virtual staging, rendering, and design credits
The Design Hub 2.0 may be explored without purchasing credits. Submitting a paid staging or rendering project requires the payment or credits disclosed for that service. Browsing, selecting furniture, and preparing a project do not alone authorize a charge or consume credits.
Unless the purchased service states otherwise, one standard staging credit covers one uploaded photograph, one room angle, one chosen style, and one finished staged image with high-resolution and MLS-ready-format downloads. Three angles require three credits. Included revisions are two creative revision rounds requested within seven calendar days after delivery. Corrections of HomeStageHub errors are not counted against those two rounds and are provided without an arbitrary numerical limit; unrelated new work is outside that commitment.
Structural renovation, custom furniture modeling, drawing-to-3D work, 360-degree images, and premium consultations require a separate service or quote unless expressly included. A new photo, angle, or materially different brief may require additional credits; we will explain the additional charge before starting.
The advertised and accepted order-specific turnaround controls. The production period starts after we receive payment, usable files, and all required instructions. Customer-requested changes or missing information may alter the schedule; we will communicate that effect. Same-day service applies only when specifically offered and accepted with an applicable submission cutoff.
Purchased credits do not expire under this policy. Promotional credits may have clearly disclosed expiration dates. Credits are service entitlements, not cash or a general-purpose gift card, and cannot be transferred or resold without written permission, subject to applicable law. Refund eligibility is addressed in the Returns Policy.
Eligible new customers may receive one complimentary staging credit after confirming their email. The welcome offer is limited to one per customer, has no cash or refund value, and cannot be obtained by creating multiple accounts. Repeated email aliases or claims associated with the same phone or browser may be blocked or require manual review. Contact support@homestagehub.com if a legitimate shared phone or device affects your eligibility. Paid credits and membership benefits are separate from this promotion.
8. Uploaded content and rights in finished work
You retain ownership of your uploaded photographs, drawings, and other materials. You represent that you own the content or have authority to upload it and grant the rights described below, including any required permission from the photographer or other rights holder and any necessary privacy or publicity releases.
By accepting these Terms and uploading or submitting content to the HomeStageHub platform, you grant HomeStageHub and its parent and operating company, Futuristic Innovative Concepts Inc., a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and use that content and the resulting staged or rendered versions to provide and support our services and for HomeStageHub portfolios, website displays, social media, advertising, and promotional materials. Your upload supplies this permission; no additional approval or compensation is required for uses within this license, to the extent permitted by law. We may exercise these rights through service providers acting on our behalf. This license does not transfer your ownership or authorize us to claim an endorsement you have not provided. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. This grant applies to content submitted under these accepted Terms and does not retroactively expand rights in earlier uploads without the required agreement.
Upon payment, to the extent we control the relevant rights, you receive a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, download, reproduce, and publish the delivered images for your personal or business project, including property marketing. You may provide them to your realtor or listing agent for that purpose. Third-party asset restrictions must be disclosed before purchase if they limit the promised use. Underlying tools, templates, and reusable assets remain with their respective owners. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted output qualifies for exclusive copyright protection.
9. Renderings and listing disclosures
Renderings illustrate design intent; they are not construction documents, engineering advice, surveys, or guarantees of actual product fit, exact color, availability, or dimensions. Buying staging does not purchase depicted furniture. Furniture purchases require their own order and confirmed specifications.
Virtual staging changes how a property appears. You and your listing professional must check the applicable MLS, platform, brokerage, and legal requirements before publishing, including labels, disclosure, original-image availability, and restrictions on editing property features. “MLS-ready” describes supplied formats and available disclosure options; it does not mean certification or acceptance by every MLS. We will follow the requirements supplied in an accepted brief, but cannot guarantee acceptance by an independent platform.
10. Memberships and recurring billing
If you purchase a recurring membership, checkout will disclose its price, billing frequency, included benefits, credit treatment, renewal terms, and cancellation method. Recurring charges require your express consent. We will provide a confirmation of the agreed terms.
To cancel, email support@homestagehub.com. We will honor a cancellation received before the next charge is initiated. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period. No prorated refund is provided for a voluntarily canceled current period unless the offer or applicable law requires one. This does not prevent refunds for unauthorized billing, our failure to supply purchased services, or other legally required refunds.
Purchased credits remain available after membership cancellation. Monthly included credits follow only the rollover or expiration rules expressly disclosed when the plan is purchased. Material price or benefit changes require advance notice and any consent required by law; we will not retroactively reduce purchased entitlements.
11. Other services and partners
Moving, installation, lighting, and other on-site services require a service-specific scope covering access, scheduling, insurance or licensing where applicable, cancellation, and responsibility for property damage. These general terms do not replace those agreements or applicable regulations.
Independent third-party providers listed, linked, or introduced through homestagehub.com are responsible for their own services, scheduling, pricing, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance, and dispute resolution. To the extent permitted by law, HomeStageHub is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, delays, damage, or failure to perform. A listing or referral is not a guarantee of performance and does not by itself create an employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship.
For services you contract directly with an independent provider, your agreement is with that provider and its own terms apply. Direct service-related complaints and refund requests to that provider. This provision does not exclude responsibility imposed on HomeStageHub by law, liability for our own conduct, or obligations for services we sell, expressly guarantee, or undertake to provide. Using a subcontractor does not automatically remove those obligations.
12. Warranties and remedies
Any express product or workmanship warranty will be provided before purchase and identifies the responsible warrantor, coverage period, exclusions, and claim process. No lifetime or other extended warranty is implied by this policy. We will assist with applicable warranty claims. Nothing here disclaims nonwaivable warranties or reduces express warranties or statutory remedies.
The website may experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, general website information and tools are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. This provision does not excuse failure to deliver purchased goods or services.
13. Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for remote or speculative consequential losses, such as lost profits arising solely from website downtime or a design preview. This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, property damage caused by our conduct, express warranty obligations, required refunds, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your consumer and payment-dispute rights remain intact.
14. Resolving concerns, governing law, and updates
Contact support@homestagehub.com with your order number and a description of the concern so we can work toward a resolution. Contacting us first is encouraged and does not suspend legal deadlines or prevent a lawful dispute, complaint, or claim.
Florida law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Courts with lawful jurisdiction remain available.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Updated terms apply prospectively. An existing purchase remains subject to the version accepted for that purchase unless you expressly agree to a lawful change.
